I would give no stars if possible. I was ripped off; the shipment was “lost”, the owner signed for it at delivery, but “did not receive”. The owner offered 20% of value and is giving the BBB and Mo. Attorney General’s investigators the runaround.

no one seems to care with this outfit. cant get a call back or text .they have my coins made a low bid,cant get coins back let alone text or call

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say. They are extremely difficult to communicate with and when you can communicate with them, you get inconsistent answers. First they claim they never got the 50 ounces of silver I sent them with their FedEx label. Then after I sent a nasty email they changed their story and they did have it and they lowball me an offer on it. I asked them to ship it back like their promise says they will and I’ve heard nothing. I would not use this company again to sell anything.

If you are uniformed it may sound like a good deal. They asked what I would be looking for. Spot price of my silver was just under $7000. I told them it would have to be low to mid $5000’s and I know it is volatile right now They offered me a “10% Bonus” for sending it in. They offered under $3000 . The exact number was 41% of spot. It was almost insulting and a waste of time. I get people need to make money but they advertise they are the refiner eliminating the middle man. Well I don’t know a single middle man who pays less than this business. I wish them well but in my opinion learn what your items are valued at before taking an offer that can easily be more from just about anyone. Many pawn shops would pay that much. Good luck all hope this helps. Shop around you can find far better options.

I would not use this company.For a company, not knowing how much percentage, they want is a company that is trying to get someone out of whatever they can.. No, matter what the Price of it is going up or down. It does not affect the price that they want. If it does, they're trying to get over on someone I recently tried to sell silver to them. But over the phone, he could not give me a percentage of what they're looking to make to me. That's bad business. You should know as a company. What you're willing to pay over or under spot. The spot price. If someone can't give you the percentage. they're trying to get over on you.Every business knows how much they want to make regardless of what the spot price is. I highly do not recommend using these people.They're here to take advantage of whoever they can.

I recently sent in a mix of silver to this company. The mix contained old jewelry, pieces of miscellaneous silver, and even 1 stagecoach 1oz. bar of .999 silver. Their appraisal once they received it in the mail was for $20!!! Silver is going for approx. $48 per ounce....the package that I sent them contained ATLEAST 3oz. of silver. The lowest grade of silver in the whole lot was 92.5. Needless to say, I DECLINED the measly $20 offer! What a joke and waste of time sending to this company

They gave me a very low estimate for my silver and after I asked for my silver to be returned to me, we had to have many, many texts back a forth with them trying to get me to accept their low offer. Finally they raised their offer slightly and just to end the discussion, I agreed. I was told I would be mailed a check by two day priority FedEx, but it was mailed to me by low priority. And the communication about my payment was inconsistent and confusing. I will never work with this company again and do not recommend them.
