Complete waste of time. They aren't a lender. They are a broker and you can apply directly with the lenders they send you to. When I pointed this out they laughably told me about an "alternative approval" which is a fraudulent debt consolidation service. These guys don't do anything. They take a huge chunk of money in advance and then call credit cards on your behalf to ask them to reduce your interest. What they won't tell you is that you can do that yourself. You don't need to pay anyone to do it for you.
