As a diabetic myself (T2), I founded cashnowoffer.com as a way to give back to the diabetic community. A newly diagnosed diabetic, I saw a need to help people who could not afford test strips and diabetic supplies without insurance and a good paying job. I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 34 years and am committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I looked for a way to help those without insurance and money take care of their diabetic needs and didn’t see many options – I created one. Since 2005 we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount.I know the frustrations and sadness of not managing diabetes with the daily testing of your glucose blood sugar. When I was 15, I lost my mother to diabetes and since then have made it my mission in life to help those with diabetes in any way that I can. We are steadfast in our mission in providing test strips to those in need and hope you will help us by selling your unused test strips. I guarantee they will help someone in need – while putting some extra cash in your pocket. A true win-win!

Mailed strips on 09/21/2017. received paypal today. I understand how people feel. But sometimes stuff happens business gets crappy for a little while. Please try and be understanding. The majority of people want to jump ship at the first sign of a problem. These guys have been good to a lot of people. Loyalty and patience is the best option.

FINAL UPDATE: After 21 days since the product was shipped from Texas, 18 days after it was delivered to CashNowOffer's PO BOX, I have finally received payment. No explanation for the unanswered calls and e-mails. No apology. No promise to do better in the future. I'm pleased they have now lived up to their agreement. No matter who you use, be careful because even a group who has filled the orders timely and professionally in the past can become a nightmare. I have improved my rating from one star to three stars. The remainder of the review is below. It's a cautionary tale to those seeking answers and facts. I've used CashNowOffer before and was treated in a way that made me feel these people were legitimate. I shipped them 6 boxes of test strips which arrived in at their Post Office Box on September 22, 2017, 9:16 am - yes I have the exact time from the tracking via USPS. I also have photos of the six boxes and the packaging they were sent in. According to their website they pay next day if you use Paypal. 11 days later and I have heard nothing from them. I sent them e-mail on the 5th day and called them on the 7th. They have returned neither. This company is dangerously skirting the law with deceptive website statements. Luckily I'm not someone who needs payment to survive, but I do not like being lied to and ignored. My next step is to file a report with the BBB in Chicago and then I may let my lawyer get involved. Seems we might have a possible class action suit after reading some of the horror stories over the past few weeks. If I'm wrong, prove me wrong. But not responding to e-mail and to phone calls is unacceptable. Update: This company just attempted to claim they don't know who I am and have no record of me. I shattered that lie by sending the paperwork that sets that fallacy straight. You know, if CashNowOffer would spend the time honoring their purchases and paying people the money they owe them, they wouldn't need to waste time denying knowledge of people they are attempting to rip off. Totally classless. In speaking to lawyer friend, I was told it would be a good idea to also consider filing a report with U.S. Postal Service since they are defrauding people and using the U.S. Postal Service to do it. I think my next step is to download those forms and file it. You can find it at this location... postalinspectors dot uspis dot gov Update: Cashnowoffer, now that my review is back up because it is based in fact... if you want it down again then you, Jeff Sheets, or your staff needs to communicate with me and fulfill your obligation. Otherwise, this review and many others will help put the nails in the coffin of your business.

This company claims to buy extra diabetic test strips. They send you a shipping label and you send them the strips and then they pay you. I sent them my strips, confirmed they were delivered and nothing. No payment ,no phone call ,no e-mail. No way to contact the company. No response to e-mails, phone call go to a voicemail with no response. Others have reported the same action by this company. Do not use this company Update: After posting my review, cashnowoffer.com denied my ever being a customer which seems to be their standard reaction. My post is back up since TrustPilot verified my interaction. Still no response so, filed a complaint with BBB and the US Postal Service. Next step the Illinois Attorney General. I will keep you updated so we can put the scam out of business Update: After filing a complaint with BBB, USPS and PayPal the money was finally deposited in my account. All the negative reviews and legal action could have been avoided by a simple e-mail or phone call stating they were working on my purchase.

10/15/17 I have filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office. Have not heard anything, but suggest anyone having issues do the same! 10/5/17 They replied with the fact they do not have a record of me using their service. Perhaps the tracking number (they emailed to me) proves different!! Have tracking information, but they refuse to answer emails, phone calls or even inquires from the Chicago Better Business Bureau. They were fantastic in the beginning, but something changed. I am now out for $180!

I sent my test strips sept 18 they still haven't paid me they dont answer calls or respond to emails but just emailed me fo see if i had test strips for sale i read on here they sent someone a couple checks that bounced i wouldnt reccomend anyone use this compant they are frauds and scamming ppl use any other place but casnowoffer.com Update They flagged my response as me never being a customer but haven't responded to my email it's goin on a month still no response or payment I have my tracking number and pictures of the boxes I took at the ups store still haven't paid me my money if your considering this company don't they are receiving the products and not paying

I have a similar experience as most on here except my strips were mailed back in August and have yet to receive payment. I had gotten 1 reply email around the first of September stating they were having some sort of issue with PayPal payments and were not sure as to when it would be resolved and asked if I would like payment in the form of a check. Still waiting on a check. I have left multiple messages and sent emails and been completely ignored. I had no troubles with this company the first 2 times I used them. It seems to me they have ran out of funds to pay customers and are using the hurricane as an excuse. I mailed strips to Chicago (I live in Indiana) and there has been no disruption here in the Midwest because of the hurricanes. If I get no payment here in the next few days or no reply from this company, I to will be going to the BBB to report fraudulent claims that payment is sent within 24 hours (per their website) and hopefully more people will do the same, so this issue doesn't continuing happening to others. Most live on fixed incomes and rely on the money from test strips so for this company to not just close down its website if they can't afford to pay customers and keep taking the strips is unacceptable and unethical. UPDATE: I was contacted by a member of the company who apologized for the service I had received and the delay in payment and within a few days the payment was made to my PayPal as promised.

Used this company 3 times the first 2 times I had no problems at all an received my money via PayPal in a very timely manner. This time however I have ran into a ton of issues. I shipped my strips the 15th of this month and they received them the 18th tracked with the postage number. I have yet to receive my payment this time around and am pretty disappointed in the lack of communication from the company sent in several emails and called several times left messages no responses to any of my attempts at contacting them. I gave them 3 stars because they have been great in the past an am still hopeful I will receive a payment just a bit late. Zach
