Very dodgey pricing!!
Very dodgey pricing!! Price on website £57.50 add to basket £115 told it was an old Google link, not there problem and told I had to pay full price. Rubbish Ill go somewhere else thanks!!

Cancelled my order because they ran out…
Cancelled my order because they ran out of stock and didn't tell me until 6 days later. Then offered me a 20% off code which didn't work. I then had to pay full price for their shoes.

Very comfy - had a problem but it was sorted out...........
I used my Merrell Siren Sport GTX shoes for walking the dog in fields twice a day but after just over a year, they started letting in the wet. I contacted Merrell and after a couple of emails back & to, they sent me a new identical pair although they were just over the guaranteed period. So I am hoping this 2nd pair be as comfy and will last longer than the first pair - other people have said theirs did . I was very satisfied with the customer service/goodwill - I didn't expect them to be completely replaced.
