CattasaurusReviews of cattasaurus.com

I got this yesterday and of cats being cats they were more interested in the box. So I picked Molly and put her inside. Then I couldn't get her out. She just kept running around and around. When she finally left Toby sauntered over. Now he comes and goes constantly. Needless to say I can pretty much pick up all the unused toys I keep tripping on and let them play in their cave. Thanks so much!

The order process was easy. THe shipment came very quickly. The cats (there are two) just immediately explored and one cat was immediately running in the tube and peeking out. The other cat was watching and being cautious but eventually entered and now they are playing in it, sleeping on top of it and really enjoying it and scratching it in place of the cardboard they have used which is all over the floor in small pieces.

The cat I expected to love it doesn’t but her older brother does. Go figure. I find the product to be of good quality and value. I did have some difficulty separating the two sections.

My cat absolutely loves it. Best of all is I love 💞 it. It has saved my furniture. He now scratches his Cattasurus. He plays in it sleeps in it . He is more playful and I think less stressful. He hasn't gotten bored with it.

AVOID this company. My cats ignored the caves. Per the company’s terms, I kept all the packing materials, pamphlets, etc. However, their return policy is onerous-you go back and forth with their team, send pictures, and then are told that when you send the items back, they may not be accepted. In reality, only new, unused, unwrapped items will be accepted, which contradicts the “90-day satisfaction guaranteed” policy they promote. From an email I received: “As per our return policy, in order to process a refund, the item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all tags, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards. Also, we kindly remind you that our warehouse team will need to review the returned cat caves before we can confirm the return. Please note that a full refund is not guaranteed until the item is inspected and verified to be in "as new" condition and suitable for resale. Please refer to our Refund Policy for your reference.”

We’d been seeing these online for months and finally bought two jumbos during the BOGO sale. If we’d known how much our cats would love them, we’d have bought them sooner! As soon as we opened the boxes our cats ran over and, as other people have mentioned, they barely gave us time to zip them up! We’ve had them for a couple weeks now and these have become our cats’ favorite places for play and sleep!

Surprisingly rapid shipping during the holidays. I ordered two Jumbos, one for me and one for my friend, and both sets of cats are loving them. I'm kind of shocked at how much. I threw treats and toys inside and they're happily chasing them around inside. They leap from the top of their cat tree onto it.

I got 2 of these. Put one together and left other unzipped. I have 4 cats. 3 are 18 month and 1 7 year old. 2 cats went into the zipped one pretty quickly. Now all the younger cats are enjoying these. Older cat just watched. They especially love the cut out cat head so they can fight each other. 2 of the cats like to sleep inside. The other likes the round indent on the top. Also they have decided they like scratching on this material. Happy with this purchase.
