It was easy to order! That was done on 9/27. As of today, 10/13 I have received no shipping information or ETA. Hard to review when I don’t have!

Ordering was easy and arrived on time without damage. Milo, my cat, loves the items (large donuts and game). I did put cat nip in them at first to get him acquainted with them.

As soon as I zipped the Cave together and set it on the ground, my 3-month old kitten ran inside and proceeded to run several high-speed laps immediately. She popped in and out, jumped on the top, and seems to love it. We've dubbed it her "particle accelerator". My 11-year-old cat is a little more skeptical, perhaps because it's a tighter fit for her (she's 10 lbs).

I like it but cat ignores it

My cats explored it a bit at first. Then it took a week or so and now I find them laying on top quite often. They are playing with each other with one inside and on outside the donut.

Fast service, great price. Arrived quickly! My cat absolutely adores it! Couldn't beat the price either. Product itself is incredibly durable. Doesn't necessarily help with my cats nails, but for entertainment purposes, she loves it.

Beware! They promiently show "90 Day satisfaction and "free" returns", but you have to pay upfront for that "free" return. I could not find a way to add that fee for "free" returns to my order. I ordered 2 caves and they sent 1. I notified them immediately and they said I couldn't tell the difference between getting one and two! They called me a liar and cheat before they had me send the package label (which showed a 1). If there's a cat hair on it, they won't refund you. My cats ignored this. I'm happy that some cats like it. Don't believe the hype that if your cats don't like it, you can simply return it. I got the jumbo one, and they're huge!
