The customer service at Caudabe (Robyn and Elizabeth) is FANTASTIC! I submitted a warranty claim on 9/12 for a Lucid Clear iPhone 13 Pro case that hadn't held up too well over the course of almost a year (the warranty would have expired on Oct. 10), and I will have a new case (went with the Sheath this time and they applied the credit from the old case to the Sheath purchase) in the mail today. I will absolutely continue to glowingly recommend Caudabe cases to everyone I know.

Caudabe has one of the best customer services I’ve seen in any company. Their customer service made me feel that they genuinely care about the problem I was having, and they are fun, excitable and are empowered to serve customers well. They helped me resolve the problem I was having on a timely basis, and I was treated in a highly positive manner that gives me a very good impression of the brand. I’ve used Caudabe since 2020, and their products are extremely well made, durable and has a nice touch to the hand. The iPhone case I was using did not have a single dent despite numerous drops on various types of floors. I will continue to use Caudabe as I switch to the new iPhone 14s.

Every aspect of Caudabe is simply outstanding. Seriously! From the quality of their products, to the courteous customer service, to the scary fast delivery times. I’m almost speechless with admiration for this company, but I wanted to write a well-deserved review so that others could be introduced to Caudabe, just like I was a couple years ago by one of my favorite YouTubers, Technically Tee. He recommended that I try out Caudabe’s sheath case for my iPhone XR, so I did. I never thought I could love a phone accessory, but the sheath made it happen. The case was engineered thoughtfully with precision, while also looking stunning and minimal. I just bought myself another sheath for my new iPhone 14, as well as one for my dad’s phone, and I even bought the synthesis to try out and was blown away. The quality you get from these products is far greater than the price and I mean this genuinely. It is seldom that a product impresses me like this, and I am yet to find a better experience in phone cases than Caudabe, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I highly recommend Caudabe, without hesitation, to anyone. You’ll be hooked like me.

Placed an order on Sept 11, at that time the site stated the product I was ordering along with another in a different color would ship by Sept 19. After reaching out to customer support I was then told that as indicated by the site the item was a preorder and that it stated a Sept 28 ship date. However, this is definitely not what was shown when I ordered. If it had been I would not have conducted business with this company. I believe they are sending the cases that were in stock to some other individuals and pushing ship times back for many others. Unable to get a response and clarification as this is not right. The later shipping date was not posted on the site until today as I have checked and refreshed the Caudabe.com site every day since Sept 8, the day before the cases were available to order. I’m fully aware of how to order items and how to comprehend what I read before making purchases. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. This is my first and last time conducting business with these scammers.

I've been using Caudabe cases on my phones for the past 4 years now. Never had a problem with any of them. Their cases are top notch and never disappoint. Premium products. Best part of Caudabe is their awesome customer service. I've always had a great experience with them. Elizabeth took care of me recently and was quick to resolve my problem. Thank you Elizabeth for your awesome customer service! Thank you to the entire Caudabe team for putting out great products and for taking care of me for the past 4 years! Customer for life!

I purchased a case for the iPhone 14 Pro Max on release day (9/9) and it’s out for delivery today (9/12). Impressive the order was processed so quickly. No wonder I’ve been a customer since iPhone X.

Customer service is outstanding! In particular, Elizabeth, is responsive and friendly. Whenever you have questions or if you need help, they’re on top of it. The products are well thought out and very high quality. I am happy with my AirPod Pro case as well as my new iPhone case. I will continue to order from Caudabe for my future purchases of accessories for my Apple products.
