I think they are very professional and…
I think they are very professional and a great company. My only problem is the 40$ over night fee. I placed my order on Friday and was called immediately after and was asked when I wanted to receive my package. Assuming it was 40$ overnight fee I would get it the next day and was told because it was a Friday I ordered it so I would have to spend an extra 10$. I told them just get it to me on Monday because I wouldn’t be home on Saturday anyways. I was supposed to receive the package on Monday and ended up getting the package on Tuesday.But I plan on ordering again from the company and if I didn’t have the issue with when I received the package from the company I would have rated it a 5 .

Hi Mike, I do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, Unfortunately when selecting Friday as a ship date it would cost more . There is a tab that says "PLEASE READ" on the checking out summary page that does advised about Saturday delivery and we do not ship out over the weekend . When you were called we advised it would be shipped on Monday to be received on Tuesday is why you received it Tuesday. As courtesy I left a credit on your account for you to be applied on your next order.

Excellent service and delivery
