I really like this supplier. Packages come via US mail and well packaged. Their method of CBD extraction yields the best end product. A little more costly and extensive process but results in a better oil.

I called you on Friday and my order was supposed to be delivered by 8 pm according to the lady on the phone. I guess she lied I never got it yet. You said 3 to 5 days, I ordered it on the17 and I figured mon would start the 3 to 5 days but 7 days later I still don't have it. Wow what a joke, when I finally get it I will comment on the product. Disappointed so far C Frattali.

Good Afternoon Clement, we apologize for our late response on our review. We are just now seeing it. We are sorry to hear of the experience you have had with shipping. Unfortunately, shipping out with USPS is sometimes out of our hands. Once we get it shipped out sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen. We would be more than happy to always help call the postal service and see what is going on for our clients. We see that you ordered the CBD Gummy Bears. We know that it has been a few months but if there is anything we can do to help you with future purchases we would be more than happy to accommodate you. We can be reached at [email protected]. Thank you!

YOU DESERVE NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!! I NEVER RECEIVED THE CBD OIL I ORDERED. YOU GOT YOUR MONEY, ME, MY OIL, NOT SO MUCH. I 'CHATTED' & EMAILED WITH YOUR REPS SEVERAL TIMES, ASKED FOR A TRACKING NUMBER THAT I WASNT GIVEN, AND WAS LIED TO ABOUT 'DELIVERY TOMORROW'. I HAD MANY OPTIONS FOR PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT, BUT WENT WITH YOU ON A RECOMMENDATION FROM A FRIEND. YOU HAVE NOW LOST 2 CUSTOMERS. SHAME ON YOU! MOST IMPORTANTLY, MY DOG IS IN PAIN SO MUCH LONGER BECAUSE OF YOU. AND WHY WOULD YOU SEND ME THIS SURVEY BEFORE FULFILLING THE ORDER THROUGH TO DELIVERY? DISGUSTING.

Hi Patricia, Your order was placed on Saturday April 18 2020 and shipped our next business day, Monday April 20 2020 with the first class 3-5 business day shipping option you chose. There is a letter On the USPS website that explains "USPS First-Class Package Service packages with two and three-day delivery commitments have been extended an extra day to three and four days respectively" During the COVID-19 pandemic since they have reduced staff to keep everyone as safe as possible through this time.We sincerely apologize that you have not received your package within the timeframe you expected, We did ship it out immediately and we can only report the status of your package with the information that USPS provides. We checked your tracking number you were provided and it shows that your package was updated today in your state and is in transit to you. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
