Hi John, Your order was placed on Sunday 12/15/19 and shipped our next business day, Monday 12/16/19 with the free 3-5 business day shipping option you chose. I tracked your package and it will be delivered today, 4 days after it was shipped, which is well within the 3-5 business day estimated timeframe. We have expedited shipping options available for additional charge for customers needing their orders quicker. We sincerely apologize that you have not received your package within the timeframe you expected. The holiday season is very busy with it being the week before Christmas and USPS is working as hard as they can to get everyone's package to them on time. Your package is scheduled for delivery by tonight at 8:00 pm per USPS.com. We wish you a wonderful holiday season and thanks for taking the time to leave us a review!

This is a good product and does the job. They are also cheaper than the only other brand that comparrs to the same quality as what this product has, and is half the cost. I stopped shopping around when I found this product and have been faithfully using this product since.
