I may updated this review at a later date but as of right now this company is a 0 star to me. I have called and emailed almost everyday for the past 3.5 week trying to get my part back, that I already paid for to be fixed! Of the probably 50x trying to get a hold of someone I finally did a week ago and was told part was repaired and being sent out today overnighted. I got the tracking number from them and a week later it still shows only label created! I don't know if i just got scammed or what but am looking into legal options at this point since has left my UTV non operable for a month now and out of options. Worst run company I have ever dealt with! Update 08/17/26 After posting this review I did finally receive communication that my part was fixed and shipped. I received the part in one day installed it and everything worked as expected. I only wish they had been better at communication to prevent thoughts of being scammed. Had they done that they would have easily received a 5star review. However I didn't have a great experience leading up to the prior review np matter the final outcome. To those that use Cboardrepair just know you don't get any responses and will just need to trust that they are working on the part and will get it to you at some point(not within 24 hrs after repair is completed)

I sent my 2004 f150 instrument cluster in because the e brake light stayed on all the time, and there was a weird beeping pattern where it would beep 5 times 5 times (25 beeps total) when the truck was started, and every 30 minutes after. Both issues are fixed now! I called them and they said it had a cracked microprocessor (I think) and some other problems with connections, and now it's hardened for better durability than factory new. Very happy, wish I did this years ago when I bought the truck!

I sent my control board for my stove to be repaired and it was delivered to Cboardrepair two weeks ago today (May 4th). I received no communication regarding my repair prior to calling them several times. I finally got someone on the phone a week ago and was told that a special part was needed and would be arriving the following Monday (May 12th) and the repair would be shipped that same day. I asked for a tracking number to be sent and was told that it would be. I still have not received a tracking number or the repaired part. I emailed on 2 separate dates (May 6th & May 12th) with questions regarding my repair but did not get a reply to either email. I have been calling again today and the voicemail is full. I wish I could join the club of 5 star reviewers, but my experience has been disappointing at best, and the repair was prepaid. I can understand if situations/delays arise, but the lack of communication is unacceptable, and I have been without my stove for over two weeks at this point. Update - I finally received my part after calling again yesterday and finally getting someone on the phone. Fortunately, they sent it to me overnight and I received it today. The repaired part works fine, but the communication was still very challenging over the two+ weeks.

They delivered as advertised. I paid for the 24-hour turnaround and that's what I got. My Ford Escape ACM was not functioning and they did a total rebuild and now it works like new. Don't buy a replacement unit until you try these guys. No need to program a new unit or deal with software - just rebuild your old unit at a fraction of the price.

Sent in unit. Found out there was nothing wrong with it after a bench test. They sent it back to me, no charge except for shipping. Their suggestions pointed at a other component, which was right.

This is the first time I used this company. But they make a really good work. I'm so happy for that.

I had the well known "pop" failure in my 2011 F150 radio that left the radio with no volume and the flashing clock. The day my radio arrived at Cboardrepair, I received a notification that it was repaired and returned the same day. Installed back in the truck and it works perfectly. For some reason I think it sound better...maybe better power connection? I would definitely recommend the repair over buying a new radio.
