I bought a set of Axis F4 goalie mask straps at $49.99 and would have been charged $13.99 in shipping. I added a second and third set to get free shipping as other hockey sites offer at an $100 purchase but the shipping remained at $13.99. This is a very small, light-weight order. Additionally, these are the sixth set of straps I have had to buy for a helmet that is 3 years-old.

I never really used CCM equipment in the past, but the new tech and fit systems CCM has now fit and protect me way better than other companies. I have found that the Tacks line is best suited for me for my position and level of play, as well as my age bracket. Proper fitting gear has a huge impact on your game, and CCM has fit that. THANK YOU CCM.

Warranty claims are extremely difficult. The process is dragged out. Maybe the have quality issues if the warranty department is overloaded. The explicit warranty web page is not available for weeks. I do like their Jetpro FT9 Pro Stick feeling, but having two sticks each for USD389.98 +tax snapped at moderate loaded shoots in the first week of use doesn’t speak for CCM product quality. Tip: If you purchase more than one stick, use them alternating. This may avoid bad surprises after the 30day warranty periode for CCM hockey sticks.
