I sent in my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 to Cell4Pets, and it was confirmed delivered on April 30, 2025. Their website says you’ll receive a confirmation within one business day of the device arriving—but I’ve received absolutely no communication. The order still says “pending”even though USPS tracking shows it was delivered nearly a week ago. I sent three emails (on May 1, May 5, and May 6), all directly to the “point of contact” they assigned me—no reply to any of them. I even explained that I accidentally forgot to include the offer email in the package, but followed up immediately with my order ID and full details. They promote themselves as responsive and trustworthy, with “5 stars on multiple platforms”—but I’ve experienced nothing but silence. If you’re considering sending in your device, I’d think twice. Update: There was a delay in communication due to emails being caught in the spam folder, but once the issue was identified, Cell4Pets responded quickly, took responsibility, and even doubled the payout as a goodwill gesture. The transparency and quick resolution were much appreciated. Mistakes happen, but the company handled the situation well in the end.

Still waiting on payment. One of the staff members told me in 1-2 business days it been 5 days I still haven't received payment email. Update I have payment now after contacting support they responded quickly

It all sounds good until you send in your phone. Apparently there was a small balance on the phone, which I paid immediately then had it unlocked. All good. This was last week, been waiting on the "testing" update, heard nothing. Sent an email, now told they need a break and will get back to me in 4 days. Someone did contact me today after seeing the review to rectify the situation. They have assured me all is fine with the phone and payment will be Monday UPDATE: I did receive payment on Monday for the phone, and they very kindly absorbed/credited the 3% fee for PayPal. Thank you !
