I have been charged 2 unwanted subscription fees for their VIP bonus prices. My fault i didn't cancel it. However I have sent at least 10 emails to their support service and have not heard back from them regarding a subscription cancellation. I also have no login details for their membership page so cannot even login to manage the subscription. Their "forgot login details" link sends you to their support contact page which seems to be actively ignoring my emails about giving me my login information or cancelling the subscription.

I'm very satisfied with the product. I would like to recommend it.

I am ambivalent so far. Have not noticed a significant change.

I won't be doing business with these people again. From the beginning, they quoted their prices in New Zealand dollars, but you had to pay in US dollars, a higher amount. So if for instance, $50 NZ is quoted, you'd pay $50 US. I put up with this for a long time, because the price was still worth it. Just recently, after buying only recently, I got hit with an unauthorised transaction from Cellics and have cancelled my Debit card. Their way of doing business is just awful, reason for low rating. I can easily find something better. Each bottle, has a small amount of apple stem cells in it, but a lot of other things in it. So if you buy pure apple stem cells you should be getting better value for your money.

I liked the product when I first started taking it. But after taking it the second and 3 month it did not seem like I was getting anything out of it.

Don’t like they lack of support with this company .

The product certainly have a noticeable energy boost and clarity all round!
