Purchased a Motorola Moto G Power - 2025, unlocked. Tried for hours but could not activate. After speaking with carrier and with Motorola, they both confirmed the phone was locked to another carrier although the phone said it was unlocked. Which also means the phone was not new as represented. SHYSTERS!

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I purchased a Motorola moto g stylus 2025 - PANTONE Gibraltar Sea - Unlocked (SKU# 25989) phone advertised and described on their website. I wish I could include screenshots of; the Title of the AD that includes the discrption and SKU# 25989 (which if you google Motorola's SKU# 25989 it is only for a "Factory Unlocked 256gb of version of this phone" Motorola moto g stylus 2025 - PANTONE Gibraltar Sea) Also nowhere in the AD or the description does it say open box. What they sent to me was an "open box" ATT carrier unlocked phone with only 128gb storage and someone had already gone through the set-up process on the phone because it didn't ask me for my country or language or anything from the start up process on these phones. When I called he just kept getting louder telling me I don't know what I'm talking about that's not a Motorola SKU# it was theirs and arguing with me until I asked to text him a screenshot of the information verifying my claim and then after receiving that he said just send the phone back now and I said ok will you send me the right phone ( factory unlocked with 256gb new ) he said we don't have that version and told me to send the phone back that day and he will refund my money. It was already almost 3pm and I did not trust to receive a refund at least not without having more issues. I told him nevermind I'll just keep the phone and hung up. The phone I received does appear to be in great condition so I'd rather have something for my $230 then have my money in limbo forever. But to me FALSE ADVERTISING is never ok and I feel it is unnecessary and disrespectful. On top of everything for him to tell me more then 5 times that "I don't know what I'm talking about" when I have screenshots of the Ad title including the SKU# and it even says vended by Motorola, the full discrption where it leaves out it was a previously ATT locked carrier device that they unlocked with only 128gb, the fact that it's an open box, and NOT the device that SKU# is supposed to be and the fact that it wasn't just a mistake because they don't even have that actual phone they have advertised in stock is what really made me angry because I checked before I bought it and double checked before I called to resolve the issue. My advise is to skip these guys because they are LIERS. Omitting the fact that it is open-box, unboxed, or refurbished is a form of fraud known as deceptive omission. Under Section 5 of the FTC Act.

I can die with garbage but never and ever order this site anything phone! I already done order with extra fast shipping payment but today almost 15 days but they don’t even ship my phone. And I email to them about my problem but no reply to my email, even they don’t pickup the phone even if they pickup phone talk without verification 30 second and cut off the phone wow! It cannot get any WORSE than buying from this company! Stay away at all cost! Ordered on July 5 online a Black Nighthawk Netgear M6 Pro, advertised as "UNLOCKED". I was especially looking for one NOT branded AT&T. The photo on their website shows a Netgear M6 Pro in black unbranded. I received a white M6 not Pro. When I went to get my Sim in it, it stated the M6 was locked. Called the company: "All of the M6 are branded AT&T. Sorry we will change the photo on our site. Send it back, we're sorry we are going to refund you plus $10.00 for shipping" I stated I wanted to return the wrong M6 I received and expect to receive an M6 Pro Unlocked as I ordered and paid for. I spoke to a "Melvin" who told me: Just send me the tracking # for the return and I will ship to you the M6 Pro black. I emailed the tracking # for the return; no email, no phone call, nothing. Emailed four days later, and was told we'll ship it to you today. No email confirming shipment with tracking #. The return was received on July 13. Called three times after the weekend, was told Melvin will be back. I asked for a tracking #, was told a refund for $199.99 has been issued. As of today July 14 I still have not been refunded for the $199.00, nor for shipping back the wrong item they sent me. When I start complaining I got insulted over the phone like never before. I cannot states how many times I was told I'm a "MF", but well over 20 times, or "Who the "F word" do you think you are?", mocked my accent, and told me to go back to my country. The fellow even threatened to sue me... for what?? Stay away from this company they are the lowest of the lowest. I got screwed of $213.00 for the item I ordered and never received and the return fee of the item they wrongly sent! Unless you like losing money, get insulted, waste your time and energy thinking you are going to get what you ordered... better to close the tab and buy somewhere else. They're -- Looks more like a one man show, handling everything from answering phone to shipping -- simply pathetic liars and con artists who have no business trading online in the USA.

spoke to customer service after they sent me the wrong phone and asked if i could pay difference and upgrade to better phone or when would the phone i payed for be available they told me i could only send it back and i would get a refund minus restocking fee and i had to ship myself then i could purchase from them or i could take down my review and they would put me in there cue to recieve the item i paid for and called before i ordered to make sure it was the correct one and in stock was assured not to worry.Aint happy at all.
