Absolutely horrible place, do NOT go here if you are looking to have your screen repaired and have a warranty behind them, I got my front screen of my iPhone 16 pro fixed here for 197$, and throughout the next 10 days after the repair I was having issues with mistypes or it randomly opening apps, I came back on October 19th and asked them to do a warranty diagnostic as the screen while I was at work had went green and blacked out the display. They then the next day I came back asked me if I wanted my screen repaired to which I said yes. They never came back out stating to me BEFORE fixing the screen that the warranty was void, they instead fixed the screen and came back to the counter trying to quote me the exact same price and when I asked what happened to the warranty they tried to say because there was microscopic scratches from everyday usage that the warranty was void, I then said “There was no physical damage that caused the screen to do what it did as someone that works in Tech and hardware I understand how OLED screens work and you never stated the warranty was void beforehand.” When they then put my old screen back on as per request, they had also cracked the bottom right corner of it. As i’ve now stated, do not come to this place if you’re expecting to get a warranty for a bad repair job. It will not happen.

⚠️ TERRIBLE PRODUCT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE — VERY DISAPPOINTED I would strongly recommend staying away from this business for aftermarket screen replacements. I had my original iPhone screen for 3 YEARS without ever cracking it. I finally had the screen replaced with an aftermarket screen from this business, and immediately started experiencing ghost/phantom touches. I tried to get the screen warrantied, and after they refused to stand behind it, I showed them a video today documenting the phantom-touch issue. Despite having clear video evidence of the problem the same day I got it “repaired” with no damage they still refused to make it right. Then, on the first day I went back to work after having the screen replaced, the aftermarket screen cracked while I was simply laying on the floor doing my job. I did not drop the phone. Laying on the floor is something I regularly have to do for work, and my original screen survived THREE YEARS of normal use without cracking. The screen was marketed as being the same quality as OEM, but based on my experience, I don’t see how that claim holds up. The screen had phantom-touch problems and then cracked during normal use almost immediately. What makes this even worse is the customer service. I dealt with Brad and Katie, and after trying to warranty the screen, I was left extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. I paid for a replacement screen expecting a quality product, and when there was clearly a problem with it, I expected the business to stand behind what they sold me. Instead, I’m left paying for another screen after already paying for this one. If you’re considering getting an aftermarket screen here, I’d seriously think twice. My experience was poor product quality, immediate functionality issues, and a warranty experience that left me feeling like the customer was simply on their own once the money was collected. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

This is the WORST company in technology I have ever in my 58 yrs experienced. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. I made an appointment on Saturday Sept 26, 2026 for a Iphone 17 cracked screen. Josh told me that he goes home at 5pm and can't fix my phone because it takes 1.5 hrs. I asked to speak to a manager (I had already made an appointment for Monday the 28th) he stated she will be here Monday. I arrive Monday the manager told me her technician that repairs Iphone 17 called out. I asked her why didn't I get a call/text something so I don't waste time and gas. I make ANOTHER appointment for the 29th I arrive the 29th and was told by Josh it would take 1.5 hrs at 10 am. I left and came back at 1:30 pm gave him way more time then he stated. I arrived at CPR and was told something about he could not change my screen because the calibration with Apple was down. I Google and he still could change the screen but didn't. Told me it would take ANOTHER 2-3 hrs so I leave call him at 4:30 (3 hrs later) and phone still is NOT fixed. Josh told me he can cancel the ticket and I can drive the 45 min to another location as if he is paying for my gas. I called the CPR in Deland and they stated that they calibrated 3 Iphones today and have NOT had any issues with calibration. At this point I will be leaving to pick up my crack screen phone that this company could not or would not fix. I pray Amanda Weaver responds to this as she is the owner. I will also be complaining to Assurant as this is horrible service. After my Google review.

I took my cell phone in to have a face replace because it was cracked. Dealt with Nate which is supposedly the manager of the West Ashley store he is the rudest obnoxious person I have ever met they wound up tearing my phone up where I have a echo and I can hear them in the background talking while they're doing the the repair to my phone and they refuse to fix it I even called the Summerville store to try and get a owner of the company or a corporate number Gabriel would not give me either one I do not recommend using them I will definitely never use them again I was told by Nate that I could come back in and he would replace my face or should I say give me back my old face but not reimburse the $140 something dollars that I paid their company whereas I could have went to Walmart and had a face put on for $20 if that I don't know what has happened to this company but whoever owns it or the corporate office needs to do some investigating because they have changed so much to where I wasn't the only person that they were rude to they were rude to an elderly lady that was in front of me Nate told her she could go to battery Plus because he wouldn't even check to see if her battery was damaged or not it's sad I try and give small companies business instead of larger companies and now they want to treat me the way that they have they tore my phone up and they don't want to fix it and I'm in need of a transplant and this is my communication with the hospital and the hospital cannot communicate with me because all they hear as I stated above is Nate and the repair gentleman talking in the background and my phone echoing do not I repeat do not use this company and the only reason I gave him a one star because I wouldn't have gave him a star at all but that was the only way I could ride a review thank you

I took my iPad for repair because the charging port was not working, after charging me $60 dollars they told me they were unable to fix it. this is in one location in Lawrenceville, really bad experience. Well, today after 3 years I found a repair close to my new residence and I decided to give them another chance and see if the service has improved, I filled a repair request online and 2 days later I got a text that they received my request, I texted back what I needed and just heard crickets, no answer, 7 hours have passed and nothing. I did replied in a few seconds after i received the message, I never will contact this company ever, fortunately there are a tons of techs in Georgia and i can contact someone else.

Our experience was awful. Took a laptop in to repair failed USB-C ports. They claimed they could micro-solder. After promising the repair would be done in a week, it was not. No call, nothing. That was the case every single time - a promise to call when the device was diagnosed, ready, when they couldn't repair it - no matter what juncture, a call never, ever came. We had to call each time. Despite claiming they could do soldering, it appears they could not/would not do so for the USB-C ports. "That's a lot of work" was the specific response. There's also the snarky, condescending tone they put out every time you engage with them, as if you are some ignorant person that should be spoken down to just for wanting to see the damage that wasn't repairable. We even heard one of their other employees complaining about our request to come get the laptop back in the background. Or maybe it was the system board they ordered, wasn't the right one, and then had the gall to charge *us* the restocking fee for *their* messed up order. Then again, maybe it was the difficulty we had getting the device back. It was always our fault that they couldn't fix it, or that us wanting to come back and get it was putting them out some way. Of course you may also have issues with refunds - we did. We put a cash deposit down, then authorized a charge for the full repair. When they couldn't fix it, the owner literally had to ask for more time to go get cash out of the bank to refund us. Another promised call, another not received. Only after we called, multiple times (again with the ever-present "I'll call you back" that never comes), were we able to get our cash back. But, the nightmare still wasn't over: the credit promised to our credit card never came. It was only after we disputed the charge with our CC company that they credit was finally issued. We started this nightmare on 5/27/26. It finally ended today, 7/14/26. We still have a broken laptop. I won't even discuss the time we dropped off an Apple Watch for a new battery, and how they couldn't even open the case to replace it. Never again.

I called this shop before coming in and spoke with Shakeed/Shakeet (not sure of spelling). He told me he had a refurbished original iPhone 15 Pro Max screen in stock and said he could show it to me because it had very minimal scratching. That gave me confidence that I was getting a genuine refurbished original Apple display. When I arrived, he showed me the screen, it looked good, and I agreed to pay $199. The installation took about 20 minutes. After repair, I noticed that the phone did not recognize the display as an original Apple component in Settings, which was not normal and raised concerns about what was actually installed. When I raised this issue to Shakeet he said "Oh you can just ignore that." Whatever.... About 20 minutes after leaving the shop and using my phone normally, half of the display turned completely white. The phone had not been dropped or damaged. I returned the very next morning 10am as soon as they opened and showed Shakeed the screen. He made big dramatic eyes at me and his first response was, "What did you do?" I said, "What do you mean, what did I do? Nothing. The screen just failed. I don't think this was worth 199!" He smiled, and said "Ok take a seat." After 20 minutes he came back out and demanded, "Brother, you have to pay me $55 to do this repair because I think you dropped the phone as soon as you left here." I was STUNNED. Absolutely flabbergasted. The phone had NOT been dropped, and the screen had failed within about 20 minutes of installation. At that point, I lost my temper and screamed, "Give me back my f______g phone! I'm taking it to Apple! Don't touch my phone! Give it back right now!" He continued insisting that I had dropped the phone, and I kept yelling, "Give me back my f______g phone! I did not f______g drop my phone!" I continued demanding my phone back until finally other staff members intervened. Then without asking, they removed the refurbished original screen and installed a DIFFERENT display that they described as an OLED screen, but they still charged me the full amount I had originally paid for the refurbished APPLE screen. In other words, I paid for one product and left with a different one. I am now disputing the $205 charge with my credit card company. A screen that fails within about 20 minutes should be covered under a repair warranty, not blamed on the customer. Instead of standing behind their work, I was accused of damaging my own phone WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE, just a baseless accusation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Furthermore, like every phone repair kiosk on Venice or at the strip malls there are no prices listed anywhere. Huge red flag. You will get scammed if you come here.

Terry, was very polite and helpful he helped get rid of several viruses and also helpbme navigate my phone. I would recommend CPR in riverdale everytime. They're amazing.
