Everyone was friendly. It was very easy to ask questions plus the appointment was not rushed.

Was a bit trepidatious about the entire process. One concern was it being a franchise for a national company. I wanted to deal with someone I would see locally and not someone in a call center. After speaking with someone at the office my concerns were addressed. At my initial visit, the experience with Dr. Flohr and the staff quickly alleviated my initial trepidations. I appreciated the transparency and the details provided as well as various options at my disposal.

Your "we'll get back to you" in 2 days took me calling you back after a week. Having to go through a central number for the entire company including other states is frustrating. The local number is a scratchy answering machine.

The staff and doctor addressed my initial concerns. I feel heard and respected. The procedure was painless, just a stinging sensation from the anesthetic. The recovery and downtime were minimum. I feel back to normal within a few hours. I am satisfied with the appearance of my leg and foot.
