I felt they took their time, were on time and explained everything in the detail I needed.

After a very good first appointment, service from CVR ran off the rails. Expecting to see a medical professional on my second visit I was handed a box with the compression stockings ordered for me and given ZERO information. I asked about instructions and was told to “scan a QR code”. Subsequent calls either rang endlessly with no one answering, or with a text asking what I wanted. I was eventually told I could ask questions at my next appointment - three weeks out. Only after leaving a 100% negative online review did I get a call from an actual human. Never mind. CVR has lost a patient due to extremely poor communication and a definite lack of interest in my health. You’re fired. Many more practices out there to choose from

On time appointment, quick and almost painless procedure - all very professional but friendly too. Very pleased.
