Your company was very prompt and it was really easy to fill out the forms the only downfall is I never got any mail from you all would be nice to have a paper or a brochure instead of just being on my phone all the time thank you have a good day

It was difficult to get ahold of the right person at first, however once we finally reached Andrew, he was very helpful and helped us resolve our issue.

Great customer support
Cerity have great service and customer support. They closely worked with us to pick the policy that fitted our need and set up our policy accounts accordingly!

Website has useless information. Canceling my policy. Really really frustrated with support and access to my account and billing.

Regarding having issues with our website, it looks like you were able to create two certificates of insurance with us, one a day after purchasing and the second two weeks before requesting cancellation.
