The Department for dog certification used to require the Guardian given a metal tag however ADA doesn’t require id for service dog it’s illegal for whomever to inquire!

Second dog with SDCA. We had no issue with airline, hotels or restaurants in Israel or International travel. All products very nice.

We sent our “baby” out to Albuquerque from here in San Jose after interacting with a co-workers service dog at the office. I was so impressed I got their info. OMG! Awesome doesn’t even come close to the transformation. We sent out our unruly little girl for a 3 week boarding program and got back a obedient mobility aide dog that was hand delivered. They stayed for a two day period and went through all of her new skills and tasks. Down side is it took 4 months to get in the program so recommend contacting them before you get a new dog to get everything setup before hand. The Smith family thanks you guys for hard work

The service does not work for residents outside the USA. Even if Adam tells you otherwise, if you're Canadian and traveling abroad, the regulations are different and the certification is no more valuable than what you can buy on Amazon. I never received my refund even though I returned all the equipment. It was a bad experience for me.

As the owner of a pet travel and relocation service, I’ve worked with SDCA for years on behalf of my clients. Their service has always been reliable and professional. In a recent time-sensitive case, Adam’s handling was exceptional — responsive, transparent, and fully committed to resolving the issue in time for our client’s travel. That kind of accountability is exactly what you hope for in this line of work — and SDCA delivers. Highly recommended for anyone needing service dog certification done right
