While the online training is good the customer service is horrible. Ihave been going back and forth with Certus trying to purchase more maintenance training. I ask for maintenance training and the send me a link for safety training. Get it together or I will take my business elsewhere.

Negative stars! This company is a scam! They say they will mail your physical OSHA card but it never arrives so then they tell you to purchase a replacement for $60! Complete scam.

Hi there, OSHA cards ship via USPS about two weeks after course completion in a plain white envelope with our logo in the corner, easy to mistake for junk mail, so it's worth a second look through any recent mail. The $60 replacement fee isn't ours to set; it's determined by OSHA and the University of South Florida to cover reissuing an official card through the Department of Labor. Once a card is mailed, we have no control over what happens with the carrier, but we know that's frustrating, and we're sorry you were affected by it. – Certus
