I had not finished my drivers ed course in the 90-day period but had purchased the premier pass so I got to have a re-register for free. I was prompted to reach out to customer support if I did purchase it so i message on the live chat and got an agent to help within 5 minutes! They swiftly asked for the necessary information and took around 15 seconds to find I had the Premier Pass and send me a course re-take. Love the fast cutomer support I got!
