We’re very sorry for the delay in responding—we recently gained access to our Trustpilot review portal and wanted to ensure your concerns were addressed. We're sorry to hear that you encountered challenges when attempting to obtain your reporting to the DBPR, we do automatically report to the board within 2 business days of your course completion, so we would like to investigate further to understand where things went wrong. We understand how frustrating that experience must have been, and if you’d allow us the opportunity, we’d be glad to review your account and assist you further. An alternative option is to fax or upload your completion certificate to the DBPR, if you wish to handle this independently. Either way, we'd love to help and we've sent you a request for more information to see how we can assist, if you are open to that.
