I love working with CGTrader. They are one of the leading companies who actually value artists and care about their requests & problems. All staff members that I have met throughout the years have been extremely helpful. Special thanks to Judita , Justinas , Agota , Mantas and the 3D Team. I've had nothing but positive experiences both as an artist and as a client myself.

I’ve been using Cgtrader for some time now in order to sell and buy models and I have to say it’s the best of its kind. The commission is fair and way better that the competition, the site is very responsive and their support is swift and awesome, as for example my latest ticket with Judita. I’ve read some of the negative comments bellow and find them unfair and unreasonable-it’s always easier for people to blame somebody else for their mistakes. Overall, a great site and highly recommended!

Hello there, We do understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, note that we cannot allow any of our users to sell models that are not designed by them. By selling content that you did not create, you have breached our terms and conditions as well as infringed on the copyright of those designers who made them, thus we had to discontinue your account immediately.

Hi there, Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Be advised that we have given you an answer on the 24th of August, please check ticket number 48512. Please note that products sold on CGTrader are DIGITAL 3D models, not actual physical objects. Unfortunately, you were no longer eligible for a refund since you already acquired purchased product - downloaded model files. We could have only refunded the purchase if you would have met this criterion: The model is mistaken for a physical/tangible object and the digital file has not been downloaded. CGTrader refund policy can be found at the following link: https://www.cgtrader.com/pages/refund-policy

They have been very unprofessional with me as an artist. There was no way to contact the support team, they simply won't answer you. They don't seem to care about artists, doesn't matter if you've spent time working on a model, it's not their problem. I don't really recommend them if you plan to work as a 3D artist.

Bought two models, first was a train that had bad topology. Meshes are broken, it was useless. The support helped me, that was fine. But it took me 3 or 4 days to get a working model. Yesterday I bought a city. Shanghai... A lot of buildings. Nice! But... I am able to select three from maybe 100 buildings. What the hell should I do with that model?
