Wanted to give a shoutout to Chained Aminos and Brylee. We talked on Friday, shot the breeze for a bit, and he took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was just another order number. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and stands behind what he’s doing. What really impressed me was that after our conversation on Friday, he had my order shipped out by Sunday, and it was headed to a different state. He told me what he was going to do, and then he did exactly that. No chasing updates, no excuses, no headaches. Good communication, fast turnaround, and solid customer service.
