Made an accidental duplicate purchase. Had to pay round trip shipping back $50, plus an additional restocking fee. I reached out right away, before the order was ever delivered and there was still nothing they could do. It was a very unfortunate mistake

Hello Taylor, Thank you for your review, and we're very sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand your frustration with the return costs. To clarify, as soon as we received your cancellation request, we immediately contacted the carrier to try and stop the shipment. Unfortunately, because the order was already close to delivery, we were unable to intercept it in time. For returns due to non-quality issues, our policy requires the customer to cover return shipping and a restocking fee. This is because furniture is large and expensive to ship, and we also bear the risk of potential damage or loss during the return transit. We believe this policy helps protect both our customers and our business. We truly appreciate your understanding and are sorry that this wasn't the outcome we had hoped for. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if we can assist further. Warmest regards, Chairus Team
