Ordered two chairs for delivery to White Plains NY. They got within 2 miles of my house and are now apparently on their way back to Canada. No updates from Chairus no help from Fedex.

Hello Dennis, We sincerely apologize for the delivery issue and the lack of communication, which has caused you great frustration. We have looked into your order in detail. During the first shipment, the outer packaging of the chairs was damaged, so FedEx had to return the package to our warehouse. To ensure you receive brand-new, undamaged items, we have immediately arranged a replacement shipment for you. The new tracking number has been sent to your email, and the package is currently in transit. It is estimated to be delivered on April 10, 2026. Please keep an eye on your email and shipping updates. We truly appreciate your patience and will closely follow up on this shipment to make sure it reaches you smoothly. Warmest regards, Chairus Team
