IWe have been with Channeladvisor for 8 years.They are best in class for the technically savvy user who are able to use business rules to optimize marketplace attributes. Unfortunately, the private equity takeover turned over most of the competent tech managers. The service now suffers from lack of innovation and frequent downtime. It's being milked dry. If there is a better service, we would be all over it.

CA is probably the best solution in the marketplace for sellers wanting to offer goods on multiple marketplaces. The software is comprehensive and relatively easy to learn and use. It is also stable with few day-to-day problems. However, it is also the most expensive solution out there (by far) and they require a one year contract. In addition, they are not easy to break away from when the contract expires. They continued to charge us even after our contract expired and forced us to go through our bank and credit card company to recover the extra charges. We also found them very inflexible. You pretty much have to accept it is their way or the highway. All in all it is good software but not the best company to work with.

We have been with Channel Advisor for 2 years now and for the most part we are very happy. Their FBA management tool/interface could use some work.

Difficult to review as we have had some fantastic experiences along with some devastating. I think it depends on which account manager you are assigned. On one project, our account manager managed to delete all of our Amazon listings. Fortunately it was on a new channel but if this had been one of our long-running channels this could have ended our business there and then. However on other projects I have experienced the most fabulous service from knowledgeable and attentive staff who seem to really care. Channel Advisor has also allowed us to enter new markets with ease and at low start up cost. We have only been signed up for 6 months but so far - there's been ups and downs.

They provide a variety of services that help with CPC and CSE and good customer service. However, I have had some problems with the usability of their services and data collection. I can't trust the numbers they give me for clicks on CSEs and I cannot get the IDS to be profitable.
