Had a issue with the tank on a 2 gallon sprayer, got Nikki it customer support she help me very, very nicely, Nikki took on the responsibly and ran with it, with in a week I was up and running again so I'm going to be buying a back pack sprayer any body want to guess what kind, after Nikki did what she did for me it will only be a Chapin.

Other than the long wait to talk to somebody in technical support, my first time calling experience was very good. I first spoke to Amanda in customer support and she said I would need to talk to somebody in Tech support. She transferred my call without losing me and she was a delight to talk to. I then talked to Nikki in tech support. I explained to her what my trouble was and told her how I had troubleshooted on the unit and found it was the cut off. She thanked me about 3 or 4 times for having already done the troubleshooting. I determined a dead. Was the? Cut off. She agreed and said she would mail me a new one. Nikki too was a delight to talk to. I may have had to stay on hold for a little additional time, but I will do that anyday to avoid A I. Because of Amanda and Nicki I give my strong recommendation to purchase Chapin Industrial products!
