Chargeblast, an official partner of Stripe and Shopify, helps merchant clients reduce chargeback rates to 0% with pre-dispute alerts. Our clients receive alerts as soon as a customer opens a chargeback case and are able to refund the customer before the chargeback is officially recorded by the client's payment processor. We differentiate ourselves from other chargeback alert providers through tech enablement and white-glove client services, which saves our clients hours of time a week and provides them ease of mind. We also provide representment services, automated chargeback refund services, and an ecosystem of partners that can help you optimize your business to drive faster revenue growth and larger margins.

We use CHARGEBLAST with Stripe, and their core service is highly effective. The learning curve during setup, especially when dealing with new concepts like Descriptors, was initially challenging. However, their customer service is top-tier. They provided detailed, hands-on assistance, effectively eliminating the confusion. We are particularly impressed with their commitment to transparency: they are honest about system flaws, explain issues clearly, process refunds, and correct problems immediately. Their communication is consistently fast and reliable. A fantastic and trustworthy partner.

I have been working with chargeblast for a long time now and love them. I have been working with one of Chargeblast's employees for a few months now, Andrea and she has been the absolute best. Always answering super quickly and helping me with every and all problem I have. Just an amazing employee overall, has made my experience 10x better than any other software I've used. Love chargeblast and will always use them

Does it job pretty well as long as you set it up correctly. Unfortunately with Shopify Payments you can’t set up Amex alerts due you not having your own MID, but that’s not Chargeblast’s fault. Overall pretty satisfied with the service and customer support is very helpful and punctual. Would recommend.
