Love the Unique experiences
The Charitybuzz website has tons of unique ideas and options for travel, gifts, concerts, etc. If you have a destination, look for vacation packages you many never see anywhere else. Just want to get away, find something new. It's a very cool website and the website also allows Charity's to raise some money - it's just and extra Bonus

Surcharge snuck up on me. Make it more visible?
While technically I was informed in the middle of an inside page in advance, I was a bit shocked by the surcharge. On a phone needs to be more prominent. I would recommend putting the information on the front page of the offering. I also thought it was weird to put a range, and of course I got the highest one. The 20 percent surcharge was higher than a similar charity auction (not Charity Buzz) I bought a trip In. It’s all about transparency. I probably would have bid anyway. This is not a review of what I bought, which I expect to be the best adventure ever.

Beware have not received anything
I won 2 packages and still have not received anything and I cant even get a call back. I am about to call American Express and put a stop payment on items

You keep changing the site and it was perfect 2 years ago. Before you unilaterally change it why don’t you ask the people who use it the most if they think they need it to change?
