I stayed in a Charleston Coast Vacation property last year during Spring break with my family and two others. The house we rented was in extremely poor condition. It was dirty, the sink was clogged in the kitchen, the AC didn't work most days, and the worst part, the children found a bag of weed in the upstairs bedroom. The property management company did try to resolve these issues. They also refunded a good portion of my money. However, the thing to remember is during peak times, they do not keep track of how well the properties are cleaned and maintained. We stayed in South of Six. It 100% does not look like it does in the photos. Don't be fooled.

Thank you for your review. This home has new furniture throughout. Our professional management staff was able to respond to all requests quickly, even during after-hours calls. Although against our management agreement, we provided compensation for your stay due to the maintenance and housekeeping needs. We wish all guests to have a positive experience when visiting the Charleston Coast and when this does not occur our entire team is disappointed. Reach out to our office directly when planning your next visit to the Charleston Coast so we can make sure you book the perfect house!

Excellent vacation for out entire family. We had 4 sisters , spouses and 1 adult daughter and spouse. Wonderful property, three floors, with elevator. We had a great reunion. We were able to rent beach chairs with umbrellas which were set-up and removed daily. Had a board walk to the beach.
