My experience with Charmly was amazing! They are very professional. The charm came out perfectly and my friend loved her new necklace. I would recommend Charmly highly to anyone who wants a one of a kind keepsake for themselves or for someone else.

I like the consistent communication between the designer and myself regarding the design and approval process. Shipping did not take long and the presentation is so well thought through! Not to mention the product and concept is unique and well made.

I ordered a necklace for my wife, which was admittedly outside the cutoff for Christmas delivery. I’d purchased another gift knowing this, so delivery after Christmas isn’t necessarily a problem. With that said, the whole comms process is kind of laughable. Placed order and nearly two full days of silence. What follows is a stream of emails which are essentially stalling communications designed to make the customer think something is actually happening (which it generally isn’t). If I take my latest email as an example - entitled “Your order is on its way”. You then open the email to be told: “ I’ve got great news— your Charmlry order has completed production and will be shipped very soon! It’s almost on its way and will be in your hands shortly.” Which one is it? Is it on its way? Or almost on its way? No - another final quality check. All I know is that this thing should be amazing when it turns up. The person making it has done everything short of flying to the UK and delivering it by hand!

Thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. We completely understand why this experience felt frustrating, and we’re genuinely sorry for the confusion it caused. Our update emails are meant to walk customers through each real step of the process, from production completion, to quality checks, to shipment preparation. During the Christmas period, these steps can sometimes take longer than expected due to high volumes and courier-related delays, which are unfortunately outside of our control. We understand how this can feel contradictory or discouraging when you’re eagerly waiting. That said, we never intend to stall or mislead. Every message reflects genuine progress, even if the timing between updates isn’t always as smooth as we’d like. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us improve how we communicate and set expectations more clearly. We truly appreciate your patience and your kind words about the craftsmanship behind the piece. Each item is made with great care, and we sincerely hope that once it arrives, it brings the joy it was meant to. Charmlry Team

Response time was amazing, easy shipping and the items are beautiful! Elisa did a great job for me. I do think the card showing how to read the jewelry should be included in the price and no cost extra.
