Beautiful piece of jewelry that I will cherish forever!

The ordering process was was easy. I was presently surprised how quickly I received my necklace.

I absolutely loved every part of ordering our customized bracelets through Charmlry. They were quick to make adjustments to my jewelry design and used all of my feedback in creating the perfect bracelet. Will definitely order from them again!

The AI assistant on the website is worthless. Its impossible to speak to a human. Googled the phone number, not in service. No reply on FB message either. i placed my order and waited days with no design to show up for approval. Who knows if i will even get anything. Will probably have to report as fraud to my credit card company now. Don't fall for it.

Very easy and well explained process

The quality, design and time for the piece was great! One of the only times I've bought jewelry for my wife and not had a single worry if she'd love it!! (FYI she is always appreciative of what I buy her, I'm just super judgmental on myself! LOL)

My Charmlry artist, Elisa, worked with me to make the perfect design to welcome my new daughter-in-law into our family.

The process was quick and easy! The product looks just like the trial image that you review and approve. I even had a minor issue with the product I received and customer service was quick and helpful and fixed the issue right away!
