Great customer service from the beginning to the end!
Had a great experience working with FlyCFG. From the intro call, all the way to booking I felt taken care of and all my questions were answered in a timely matter. Highly recommend!

I felt very bad on Michael Howard's reply. I was just trying to make a price negotiation but Michael's reply was kind of a blaming and not welcoming. I was very mad and tried to sleep over last night but I just couldn't get it out of my mind. That's why I so bothered to leave this review today. If you are so upset about price negotiation so much, don't do this job. There are many chartered services for customers to choose. This is such a bad impression and I wouldn't wanna use your service ever again! :(

Jane - Good morning, I believe you have put this review on the wrong company's Trust Pilot. We do not have a Michael Howard working for us, nor do our records show that we have spoken with you in the past. However if you'd like us to look at your request please feel free to contact us at [email protected] - Many thanks
