I love the way they resolve my trouble. I have a booking of parking for one month. I checked in and unfortunately, I cannot make our flight. I come back and leave after one night. I notified them via email with the proof of flight cancellation. They then refund the money back to us immediately. It is much appreciate which I thought I cannot get my money back.
