Neo is the absolute best! He’s so accommodating and found the best (and cheapest) flight for me for Christmas, and I’m beyond impressed with his service. He was super quick to respond, very patient, and gave me a range of options to choose from. Thanks to Neo, I’m all set for the holidays without any flight-related stress. Highly recommend his service to anyone looking to travel during busy seasons!

Dear Neo, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding support I received from your customer service team. I recently had to cancel my flight, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that my ticket was refunded in full, without any hassle or delays. The process was straightforward, and your team was incredibly responsive and professional throughout. It's rare to experience such seamless customer service, especially when dealing with refunds, and I truly appreciate how quickly everything was resolved. Thank you for your commitment to customer satisfaction. It's experiences like this that make me confident for my future travels

Ms. Daisy went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my flight arrangements. She called me to complete the itinerary and was very patient and understanding when I was not yet convinced that it was the right time to purchase. She patiently and professionally attended to all of my questions and scenarios till we finally came to an option I was satisfied with. I don't think I could have gotten a better agent to work with. Thank you Ms. Daisy!
