David was very accommodating and understanding. He provided me with great customer service and made everything easy to understand. He did a great job in finding tickets at the prices I could afford and offered some free items as well.

The lady that help me lied
The lady that help me lied. She said that I would get free luggage and wouldn't have to pay for luggage. That was the first thing they asked me, to pay for my luggage. I told them the person that booked me said I get free luggage, which I only had one. This wasn't the truth. She also told me that I get a free meal. This was untrue also.
