My rep was Andrew Hall. Trying to book flights from Detroit to Palm Springs, CA was stressful and Andrew made it work. The purpose of the trip is to go and get my elderly father on a specific timeline and Andrew made this process seamless. He definitely made our day. Thank you!!

TOTAL SCAM -booked for $650 -immediate call seats sold out and only one of us could fly back -she said she could help me for a price of $789 told her I needed to handle something and would call back -went directly to airline and plenty of seats and booked direct for $731!!! SCAMMMM DO NOT TRUST!!!

Its good to talk to a human being instead of a computer when making flight arrangements that cost a lot of money and require specific times, dates, seat locations, etc.

Andrew from Cheapskydeal assisted with the booking process very patiently, explaining nuances of the fare system, advising on the right options to select. Extremely helpful! It reminded me of how customer service used to be so good in the US back in the day, which is decades ago!!
