Stuck in Digital Identity Verification!!! Loads for 15 min and then says sorry we cannot process it at this time I really really don't like checkr at all. Wasted my time before and now again. Was be able to finish finally.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE, nobody wants to talk to robots, the voice isn't even interactive. Pushing numbers for an hour for your robot to hang up on us. Prepare for hidden fees people!

Unfortunately I’m hear again for another situation I thought was resolved already, but now uber is telling me that checkers is having an issue verifying my driving history, which hasn’t changed since the last check, it’s like one hurdle after another it’s been a month since I’ve been able to work

Driving record checks depend on data from state motor vehicle agencies, and it's not unusual for one to need a second look even after a prior check went through. This company is absolute garbage. Reports outdated background information from 15 years old and scours the sex offender register thus enabling fearmongoring. Treasonous behavior by companies enables poor economic growth.

Poor layout, difficult to complete, asks for irrelevant information (why do you need me to enter both expiry and start date of my passport, especially when I’ve given you a photo of it!) I couldn’t enter any education history because if I did, I would have to print off and upload a manual form ‘for verification’ - is it 1986? I don’t have a printer so what am I supposed to do? I even have the certificate available but no, this company wants to add an extra (pointless) step.

Catastrophic experience! I've entered my reference almost three weeks ago, things didn't move despite me adding as many documents as I could. Then started to ask me for documents which were really hard to get. One of my previous employment came back with a 'concern' mark, they state that they have tried every mean to reach out to my previous employer except asking me if I had more contacts to provide them. The company doesn't care about the impact of these things. Not only am I risking delaying my starting date, but now I'm also at risk of losing the job I worked hard to get. Impossible to have direct answers from them.
