Pretty easy process to get approved. Fees and intrest were a little higher than I had anticipated. Fast turnaround time for funding.

Overall the process was okay. Dan, the agent was excellent. However, the underwriting team was... challenging, requiring a lot of attention. Some of the information solicited seemed to have nothing to do with financing. Instead of requesting all of the documentation up front, several times each day additional information was required. The underwriting representative did not believe that the State of Ohio does not license home health care agencies, instead the state requires Medicare/Medicaid certification. This caused some consternation. The funding took six business days.

We started the Loan process and received part of the funds within a week. We give Cheddar a lot credit for that. However, the paperwork requested were at times not specific and in-existent. Also, the weekly repayment process is not respected. We are seeing our account being debited on a daily basis whereas the contract stipulated that we were going to be debited a set amount on a weekly basis. this is very unsatisfying and we urged Cheddar to review their terms for more customer satisfaction.
