The dress arrived on time, it was the right color, material, a lot of compliments and it fit me well. Thanks. I didn't know you exist until my granddaughter told me. I'm glad she did.

I ordered my brides maids dress super…
I ordered my brides maids dress super late and I told them the situation and the put a rush on it,dress fit great except for not enough stretch around the but area to sit down comfortably without worrying about ripping it.

The chicsew team has been very communicative, honest, and truly helpful when deciding sizes for dresses. They emailed me immediately double checking all of the measurements I sent in! I felt taken care of! and the dresses came out perfect for my bridesmaids! truly satisfied with the service! I just ordered more!

Very happy!
The mother of the bride dress that I ordered for my Mom was beautifully tailored and fit her perfectly. DHL shipping actually lost the dress; I notified DHL and their customer service was not helpful. I then notified Chicsew customer service, received a prompt reply, received reassurance that my Mom would receive her dress in time for her event, they informed DHL to launch an investigation and the dress was delivered within one week after their intervention. My Mom and I are extremely happy.
