Chief SteamerReviews of chiefsteamer.com

Fast shipping product works perfectly. I’d love to order another one.

Chief steamer is by far the leader of commercial steam cleaning machines. Their customer service is at the highest level I’ve ever experienced. I have called them directly numerous times to troubleshoot some issues and each time I talk to a real person that knows the issue right away and gives advice on how to solve the issue. Always a pleasure dealing with Chief Steamer staff. -Anthony Masiello -Top Dog Detailing -Winchester, Va

This products works hard and lasts a long time. When certain parts fail, they are easy to replace and install. Great support!

I absolutely love this machine, I use it at least 3 times a week to clean my home, and it makes a huge difference from clean to sparkling Clean! my windows, shower doors, kitchen counters, glass table tops, have a refreshed look. The cleaning with this machine is superb, you can immediately see the difference from no steam cleaning vs steam cleaning. The only thing I wish to have with it, is a handle or a special cart with a small basket, available to additionally buy for this unit, it will help to keep all the cleaning attachments and hose in one place.

products were shipping promptly and well made...happy with the purchase and price point

The chief steamer has been the shining star of our shop, we used plenty of cheaper options out there but spending the money for one of these has been phenomenal. The pressure and heat matched with the accessories they provided are detailing perfection. We use ours everyday and soon we will buy another one for our mobile crew still suffering with a cheaper option. They are envious of our shop crew haha.

This is the first I’ve use this type of professional steamer did a great job. The cheaper steamers don’t compare.

The products, the service Kevin gives - the knowledge he has, and his willingness to answer any questions I have, and quickly, makes his company amazing. I've been working w/ CS since 2019 and I am SO glad I chose to go w/ them! There are other brands out there, but Kevin is the most knowledgeable about his product and any competition that may exist. Don't waste time with the other guys - invest in the best & go w/ CS!
