This is about my 10th wig with Chiquel. I have had wonderful experiences with every purchase through Chiquel. I highly recommend Chiquel. The only frustration I had was with the delivery. Wig not being where it was suppose to be.

Very easy to choose from your collections and good brands, I wear a wig each and every day, and my wig choice is often on sale.

Easy to order and fairly quick delivery. I would like to buy another one. How soon can we get it delivered?

Customer service was very helpful and friendly. Although I was unable to receive a refund, I did receive a credit for future purchases. I should have paid more attention to the policy. Outlet items are not eligible for refunds (not sure why).
