Trendsetter arrived as described. Color was what I Ordered/wanted. Received as described. Very happy with purchase and would definitely order again. In fact, this is my 4th wig from Chiquel. Very pleased with their service and quality.

I was notified by phone that they wouldn't accept my return due to odor, they would send it back to me. Fine, they they billed me 20.00 to return it to me, which I paid then got the confirmation and it also included 12.95 for shipping and 3.46 for taxes total 36.41, to ship it back to me. They also sent the wrong color wig which I'm now stuck with.

I am curenttly on chemotherapy and I had to shave my hairs since they were all falling off. I tried a wig from another company but it was not confortable and after 2h I just wanted to removed it since it was super itchy. When I saw your special wig for women who don't have hairs anymore. It's super comfortable and look so real. I love it so much and it gave me a little bit of self-confidence going through this nightmare
