My 4th wig I bought in Chiquel and I love it! It’s lightweight, easy to wear and very comfortable. I’d like to see all the colors on actual heads instead of swatches. I think we’d get a better idea and a more realistic look of the color.

Great cut. Styles easily. Adjusts well and stays put with a good wig band. Everybody thinks it’s real!

The product was better than any other product that was on the market. It did detangler, but it didn’t get rid of the fizziness. Or they would come out with a product that would get rid of the fizziness and make it look more natural, but it’s the best out there.

Thanks for shipping with a courier this time! I received it sooner than I was imagining at the holidays… had this lovely new hair in time for Christmas photos. The wig is excellent, very good quality - the cap is comfortable even after a full day working. I work in healthcare and it means a lot to know my wig isn’t going to be shifting around and is still comfy at the end of the day. The colour is great, I can’t tell you how many people ask who does my hair 😂 Thanks again!

If I could give -1 stars I would! Worst experience with a company ever! In reading other negative reviews on Chiquel, I realize its not just me! I also see a similar issue to mine and the customer was given an exception to the refund policy( which is very unclear anyway) but no exception was offered to me. Here is a copy of my email response to the company that I would only receive a credit when complaining about receiving a wig that bore no resemblance to what I ordered— the cut and style was completely different and looked like a cheap wig an old person might have their hair styled “helmet style”! Wow…….clarifying after the fact is just poor form and very unprofessional. There was no verbiage about that “make an offer/discount= no refund when making the “solicited” offer. It should make no difference what wig/ what price the customer paid if it wasn’t “second hand” or clearance! There was nothing that indicated or warned of such! Chiquell shipped a wig that in no way resembles the wig I thought I was purchasing, discounted or not and it wasn’t an “open box” or on clearance as other wig companies specify clearly in bold print! Shame on your lack of transparency and lack of quality control to ship such a sham wig if it was already a return/open box/clearance! It was my first purchase from Chiquell and now my “after the sale” experience is not only that Chiquell’s “after the fact policy” is a ripoff, the wig I received bogus, but their customer service is even worse. Eventually, this poor business practice will catch up to your company. You can’t treat your customers this way and hope to ultimately be successful. This awful bogus wig was my first of several wigs I planned to purchase from Chiquell, but now I will never purchase from Chiquel again and I will use my time to share my negative experience to a much larger audience about Chiquel. In addition, I’m a great believer in giving public praise where the praise belongs with Frannie’s Hair who with their true to photo wigs, their awesome customer service, and their generous refund policy ( except clearly marked “open box” sales or clearance) truly makes Chiquel look like an underhanded bait and switch internet scammer.
