The quality is something I can always count on. The only service issue I had was instead of putting the wig grip I ordered on back order, and sending it later, you refunded me and now to order it again, I have to pay shipping.

This company is performing exceptionally well. Amanda is an exceptional individual, personality+ with extensive expertise in her field. Notably, their pricing is more competitive compared to other companies, and the wig representations they provide are superior to those offered by other YouTube presenters. others presentation can be more amateurish although they also have sales.

As always, excellent service by Chiquel. It's why I keep coming back!

The quality of the Mira exceeded my expectations for sure. Although it did not look like the video. After a small trim, I’m told it looks so natural.

I am new to wigs and Chiquel. My first order from Chiquel was 4 wigs. One of the wigs Brie V, arrived with a very strong, unpleasant odor and the color was not as expected. Because the wig was not expensive I could not justify the cost to exchange it for a usable color. I called to let Chiquel know the wig arrived with a very strong odor, because I thought they would want to know they shipped a very stinky wig. The Customer Service Rep was very responsive and reached out to the warehouse shipping manager. The manager dismissed the possibility that the wig stinks. It is not a great feeling to be called a liar; especially when I did not ask for anything. I just wanted Chiquel to be aware they shipped out a stinky wig. If I can get the smell out I can use the wig to test products and styling techniques. It's just a lousy experience for my first transaction with Chiquel.

The wig arrived in good time. The fringe was way too long and quite uneven . My hairdresser cut it when I was wearing it, not sure that it's exactly right now, I'm still playing around in styling it. It's not put me off buying more wigs though.

The order process is very easy. It's also easy to track your order.

Amore Rohan is my current favorite style! I need all the cinnamon frosting styles.
