The color and style was exactly as shown and described! The quality is excellent......not synthetic looking at all! Thank you for also connecting me to a live person, (closest to my address), who was very instrumental in helping me with the size and accessories I would also need.

The Chiquel website is easy to use as is the ordering process. I was kept up to date by email of delivery times which was great. I love Waves and Raves, gives me a real sassy look, got her in a grey colour which I love. Also got her on sale which was even better!

I can't say enough about the whole experience. The onething that is absolutely remarkable is Marie at the Oakville location.

I bought a lovely wig (2nd purchase) at a much cheaper price than listed with companies in Uk as they are in America. Everything went well until UPS had it to deliver and it never turned up. Chiquel made them do an investigation but we got nowhere so they sent me a replacement which turned up safely. They were really responsive and understanding and I would buy from them again.

Got back to me quickly. Advised me my colour wasn’t available and gave me a wonderful substitute. Overall completely happy.
