OH MY GOSH, my very very FIRST wig and I LOVE it. So I watched youtube on how to put it on and I did not have hair cap, so I put on one of my little nylon socks and it fit my head perfectly - AMAZING, my COCO wig, is GORGEOUS, I love it.

The company itself does a very good job, the turn around time and customer experience is very good. I am noticing prices creeping up, but the one thing that is new in my last pieces that are hand tied, is the lace front being used is very harsh, to the point where it has small scratches around my forehead and by my ears. I would also only ever by on sale, since regular price is no different than going to a hair prosthesis store and getting full service, which includes trying on, and cutting and shaping appropriately to your face. Don’t be fooled by videos that wigs just naturally fit on your head to perfection and need no cutting and shaping. Overall if you know what your doing it’s a good service

This cute topper is full and easy to use. My hairdresser colored my hair to match the color of the topper we chose and it blends seamlessly. I love it!

Excellent customer service. Can take a few days for them to let you know that a wig is out of stock, but I think if you call (rather than ordering online) they can tell you on the spot. Each time an item has been backordered for a long time, Chiquel offers me a gift card to put toward my next purchase. If I ever want to cancel or change an order it's quick and painless. Highly recommend this company.
