ChiquelReviews of chiquel.com

Be very careful about purchasing items with low prices. If for any reason you, the item needs to be returned you will not receive a refund but a store credit instead. They should state this at the time of purchase but they don’t.

The contact is always very friendly. They get back to you promptly, and I always receive excellent help with any questions or issues. I have been a customer for quite some time and am very satisfied.

I bought Daily and Joey from Chiquel and love them both. I purchased Farren and hate it but I bought it with a partial credit and was told I cannot return it. Is ther something you can do for me. I have never been able to wear it. It still has the tag attached.

Love the wig. Very light. If I had to say one thing is that I thought the highlights would have been throughout the wig and not one very bright one in the front.

Great products, great service and good sales. Many of us are on SS only and have no hair for one reason or another. It becomes necessary to wear wigs and with being on a budget it is difficult. Your delivery service is great and I can only wear wigs with some curl in them and height. Once I got a Jessica wig from Jon Renau that had little to no curl. I made use of it anyway. It surely was not your fault. Things happen in this life. Thank you for your help, stages of life can be stressful and a good company to help is to be appreciated.

I love the style. This is my ninth wig since I started wearing them and lost my hair. I know I have some better quality ways. The only complaint I have about this wig is it doesn't have an extended nape and it tends to slip.

I ordered a wig from Chiquel and paid a lot of money for it. It was shipped in a bag and the wig box was dented in and torn on the cover. The wig inside looked horrible. There were so many flyaways and some frizzy ends due to the friction during shipping. The original factory set 'z' part wasn't there anymore, it was a straight center part. I emailed customer service to ask for a replacement and was told that I would have to ship the wig back to them at my own expense. They would then examine the wig for defects before deciding if they would ship a replacement. They told me that sometimes, during shipping, the factory part could change so that did not count as damage. When I spend almost $400 on a wig I expect to arrive in perfect condition and not look like the delivery truck dragged it to me tied to the bumper. For that amount of money they should ship the package in an outer box and add extra tissue paper inside the wig box to keep it from moving around so much. I would never purchase from Chiquel again.

Great prices and great customer service.
